Eggs

In the last few days Room 3 has been learning about the science of eggs....that they have 3 parts..shell/membrane, yolk and white. We can separate the parts of an egg. Each part has different observable properties, and most changes we make to eggs cannot be reversed.

We predicted what would happen when the yolk and white are beaten together, what would happen when the yolk is beaten on its own, and what would happen when the white is beaten on its own.
