Duffy Role Model Assembly and Athletic Sports

Our Duffy Role Model assembly last week was a great motivation for our Athletic Sports today.
New Zealand Athlete Kathryn Camp inspired us to do our best today.  She told us that her success at sports days and cross country events at her primary school prompted her to continue with athletics.

Kathryn competed in the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow as part of the 4x4 relay team.   She has competed all over the world and has met a lot of really cool people the MOST famous being none other than Usain Bolt  in February this year J  Kathryn is now focusing on the next Commonwealth Games in April
2018 in the Gold Coast.

Congratulations Room 3 on your wonderful enthusiasm and success at our Athletic Sports today!

A great Athletics day!  Thanks to Mrs Currie for organising such a fun day.
